At Ottoman Swords, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heritage-inspired fashion. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
